Our one- and two-room apartments are ideal for those looking for the perfect solution. Here, you will get a compact and well-maintained home with all the necessary facilities and a fantastic location in central Horsens, close to several educational institutions, the pedestrian street, city life, restaurants, and public transport.

Your home, your responsibility

Rent

The rent is per apartment per month.
The rent is adjusted once a year (01/01) by the net price index from October to October.

Payment upon move-in price:

Rent (first month)
Prepaid utilities (first month, water and heating)
Deposit (3 months’ rent)
Prepaid rent (1 month)

Electricity is settled directly with the utility provider.

Payment of consumption on account:

Heating settlement as of January 1st
Water settlement as of July 1st

If your consumption of heating or water exceeds the amount paid on account, the difference will be invoiced.
If the consumption is lower than the amount paid, you will receive a credit note, which will be deducted from your next payment.
