Rent

Rent is per room per month.
Price is updated April 1st 2020.
Rent will increase once a year (01.04) with the change in net price index. Next time April 1st. 2021.

 

Payment to do when you are booking:

First month’s rent and consumption
Security deposit
Start package.

 

Payment of consumption on account:

The meters are read 31st January and 31st July.

If the consumed heat, electricity and water exceed the on account payment, the difference will be invoiced for payment. If the consumption is less than paid on account you will receive a credit note to be deducted from your next payment.
