Kamtjatka is a village in the village with over 300 studios and rooms. Since 2009, Kamtjatka has been one of the go-to places for students studying in the city, and we welcome both Danish and international students.
With the vision of providing a welcoming and comfortable home-away-from-home experience, Kamtjatka offers a variety of room categories to suit every need. Our shared facilities are designed to encourage interaction and connection in the community.
Kamtjatka is named after the great explorer, Vitus Bering, who went on two Kamtjatka-exhibitions from 1725 to 1743 and discovered the Bering Sea between Asia and America.

Our student village is conveniently situated near all the educational institutions in Horsens, including VIA University College. This means your commute to and from your studies will be a breeze.
