Rent

Rent is per room per month.
Price is updated April 1st.
Rent will increase once a year (01.08) with the change in net price index. 

Payment to do when you are booking:

First month’s rent and consumption
Security deposit (One time payment, cashback when moved out)
Start package. (One time payment, no cashback)

Payment of consumption on account:

The meters/consumption are read January 31st and July 31st.

If the consumed heat, electricity and water exceed the on account payment, the difference will be invoiced for payment. If the consumption is less than paid on account, you will receive a credit note to be deducted from your next payment.
